Marilyn Feuer
Marilyn has extensive experience as a corporate, transactional and restructuring attorney. Marilyn is counsel to the firm.
For more than 25 years, Marilyn has represented clients ranging from public companies, private equity firms and commercial and investment banks, to start-up and distressed companies. During her career she has advised domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions; spin-offs in and out of court financial restructurings; recapitalizations; structured, asset-based, and acquisition finance; construction; equipment and aircraft leasing; high yield debt; private placement; private equity; venture capital; corporate trust transactions; corporate governance issues and securities law compliance.
Her industry experience includes consumer products, real estate, restaurant, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, mutual funds, energy, media, health products and services, real estate and securities.
Marilyn previously served as a director of a public company where she chaired the nominating and corporate governance committee and served on the audit and compensation committees. Before that, she worked at a major New York law firm in the corporate department and a large international law firm in the construction and government contracts and corporate departments.
Marilyn graduated from New York University and earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. She is admitted to practice in New York.
